Registration Tips - New Fee Structure
Washington State has implemented new sales tax requirements for certain activities. In an effort to minimize the impact of this new law on our fees for Caz NW, we've split our fees into three parts so we will only need to charge sales tax on a portion of your overall tuition to attend camp. The overall cost to attend Caz, however, is basically unchanged from 2025.
Here are some tips on the three components:
Housing Fee - One per group staying together. If your group has a preferred housing option, register for housing ASAP. Some housing options have already sold out. If you plan to bring tent(s) for your group, however, there is no need to pay any housing fee.
Festival Registration Fee - This is the biggie. We collect one fee per camper, based on their age. You can pay at whatever time works best for you, but we offer a $50 per-person discount for registration before February 1st. The fee is $300 less than it was last year, because we have added a . . .
Class Fee - $300 per camper plus 8.1% sales tax. Please pay this by March 1st.

Submit your Festival Registration in January to receive a $50 discount
